Through our in-house NSI Gold Approved Alarm Receiving Centre we provide 24 hour Alarm Monitoring Services.

As a commitment to provide the highest standards in monitoring services, the Alarm Receiving Centre is accredited to British Standard 5979 Category II and ISO 9000 and further complies with existing British and European standards e.g. BS EN 50131, PD6662.

The Alarm Receiving Centre provides services via the following methods:

Digital Communicators

Digital Communicator monitoring provides monitoring of a protected premises via a standard telephone line. Alarm signals are transmitted to the ARC in the event of a situation arising.

Emizon IP

Emizon IP is the advanced, ’always- on’ alarm signalling and CCTV monitoring service that connects the alarm system to the 24 hour monitoring centre using two separate communication routes (IP/GPRS or GPRS/PSTN). If there is a problem with the first route, either accidental or malicious, then signals will be sent over the backup route ensuring that the alarm will always be delivered.

The Emizon TCD (Telemetry Communications Device) is the alarm panel communicator that connects to the Emizon IP service. The same TCD can be used for all grades of service, IP, PSTN and has a Global SIM to connect to any GPRS network. Emizon’s online access service allows the TCD to connect to the panel for upload/download for remote maintenance using the existing panel software as well as site diagnostics for real time control and problem solving.

BT RedCare

The RedCare service provides continual monitoring of a protected premises by the use of an existing BT line. This line is continually monitored and in the event of a line cut the ARC will be notified. With the addition of RedCare GSM, monitoring will continue even though the line has been cut.

CSL DualCom

DualCom monitoring provides continual monitoring of a protected premises on any standard telephone line. Alarm signals are transmitted via Radio, GSM or GPRS and will provide notification to the ARC in the event of a line cut.

CCTV Monitoring

The ARC is accredited to provide CCTV monitoring to comply with the British Standard BS 8418.
