During the same period, overall satisfaction with other providers declined from 86% to 70%. Satisfaction with their Technical Helpdesk reached a fantastic 94% and the 24 x 7 support seems to be a key benefit to you. Satisfaction with the level of information provided to you, shot up by a massive 11% to 77% and 96% of you claimed to be satisfied with the products provided by Redcare. You also told Redcare, they had improved over the last 6 months and that Redcare is seen as being more pro-active and forward thinking than before.
