Neil joined FCM in February 2007. Before this, he owned his own electrical company for ten years and is a qualified electrical engineer. Neil is forward thinking and progressive, with an ethical approach to business. Driving sales and growth, he brings into the company honesty, enthusiasm, and energy which are essential in a competitive marketplace.
Technical Communications Director
With over 30 years of experience in the security, fire, CCTV, and lone worker monitoring industries, Simon brings a wealth of technical knowledge and managerial experience to the team. Simon continuously embraces new technological advancements to ensure the services provided by FCM are at the forefront of the industry.
Mark is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), including sales and operational issues. With key skills in staff training, account management, and quality assurance, Mark is the driving force behind the quality of service that we provide to our clients.
With over ten years of experience managing all aspects of IT, from infrastructure to end user support, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to FCM, specialising in governance, cyber security, and GDPR compliance.
Technical Systems Co-Ordinator
Having worked in the security industry for over ten years, Dave provides day-to-day support to all our customers delivering technical expertise and commissioning new accounts. Dave’s wealth of knowledge ensures he is ideally placed to deal with technical and sales queries, liaising with clients to resolve any issues and ensure FCM client retention targets are met.
Admin Team Leader
Kaylee is responsible for the day-to-day running of our Admin department, which closely liaises with all our customers. Kaylee and her team Jo, and Simon deal with customer inquiries, set up and commission new accounts, provide support, and process account updates as needed. All are focused on delivering excellent customer service and always go the extra mile to ensure we do everything we can to meet the needs of every customer.
I like to steal food out of the office bins. I also contribute to the casual feel of the work environment and introduce a tangible sense of fun that relieves stress.
