Hold-up alarms, previously known as personal attack alarms, provide a discrete method for requesting emergency assistance when at risk or under threat. Whenever an alarm is raised, our operators will follow the site’s specific instructions and will contact the Police to respond if a Police Unique Reference Number (URN) is in place.
