Why is the CCTV control room being refurbished?
To keep in line with our commitment to ensure a first-class service is coupled with state-of-the-art facilities, our CCTV control room has been undergoing a major refurbishment.
The importance of keeping the CCTV control room up to date
FCM is always striving to continually expand our services. Therefore, it’s important that we keep up to date with the latest technologies and use the space we have wisely. It’s also essential that our CCTV operators are comfortable in their working environment. So we’ve worked closely with them to ensure they have everything they want and need.
Scope of the refurb
With the continued growth of our CCTV monitoring services, we’ve decided to rearrange the positioning of the room to utilise the space available and make it easier and more comfortable for our operators, as well as providing an additional workstation and larger media wall. In addition, new flooring and workstations are on the way to ensure our operators have the best environment to work in. After all, this is super important considering they work long shifts!
